Good building management has kept the property in upscale and comfortable condition. The building is very windy, especially for upper floors, with some residents claiming they seldom use air-conditioner as the natural strong wind is cool enough. Management gave the building a fresh coat of paint in 2007, and planned major renovation works for the future.

Depending on the units, one can view KLCC, Genting, and even greenery view of hills and mountains. Each unit is a corner unit, allowing residents to have 180° views of the surrounding scenery.
