The design is an issue that many potential investors and purchasers have a problem with, along with the old management body which many residents claimed were not doing their jobs properly. Since June 2012, facilities had been upgraded such as gym's new timber flooring, swimming pool area with new lounge decks, BBQ area with new floor tiles, children playground with new swing and bicycle track, new access cards system and new fire alarm system.

One can view breathtaking greenery hills or KLCC from the balcony and windows. Twin towers of 28-storey, uniquely designed in bold arch-forms, namely Triomphe and Concorde Blocks.

Located right in-front of Garden International School, it suffers traffic jam before and after the school period. Jalan Kiara 3 where the school is located is a major thoroughfare that linked Kepong, Segambut, Damansara, Petaling Jaya and more.
