What Homelore is

Homelore publishes general information about residential buildings, developers and neighbourhoods in Kuala Lumpur and Selangor. We do not sell, let, list or broker property, we are not an estate agent, and we receive no payment from any building, developer or agent for how they appear.

Information only, not advice

Everything on the site, including scores, ratings, descriptions and replies from the guide, is general information and opinion. It is not financial, legal, tax, surveying, structural or property advice, and it does not take your circumstances into account. Before you buy, rent or commit to anything, make your own enquiries and take advice from qualified professionals, and inspect the property yourself.

Accuracy

We work hard to keep the information accurate and current, but it is compiled from many sources, can be incomplete or out of date, and may contain errors. Scores are our assessment, made by our own method; they are not a statement of fact about any building or company. We provide the site “as is” and make no warranty that it is accurate, complete or available without interruption. If you believe something is wrong, please tell us at info@homelore.homes and we will review it promptly.

Your account

You do not need an account to read the site. If you create one, keep your sign-in details secure and tell us if you think someone else has used them. You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend an account that breaks these terms.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• scrape, crawl, copy or extract the site’s content or data in bulk, or by automated means other than ordinary search engine indexing;
• republish, resell or build a competing product from our content, scores or data without our written permission;
• interfere with the site’s security or operation, overload it, or get around its limits;
• use the guide or any other feature for anything unlawful, abusive or misleading.

Our content

The site’s text, scores, design, and the selection and arrangement of its data belong to us or our licensors and are protected by copyright and database rights. You may view the site and share links to it, and print or save pages for your own personal, non-commercial use. Photographs and other material belong to their owners. If you believe content on the site infringes your rights, email info@homelore.homes and we will act promptly.
